On April 1st (no joke) the amendment and change to the Texas Do Not Resuscitate [DNR] law went into effect to the “Health and Safety Code” > Chapter 166 > Section 166.012 *Note at the time of this posting, the revision had not been placed on the Texas State Legal Code Website.
At the time of the bill passing, the revision reads as follows:
