Making loss against gains

Over the holiday’s I did gain a little weight. Maybe about five pounds. I eat mostly right but I was bombarded with treats and large meals constantly. Nothing wrong with it! Feasting with family is fun and stuff. Seems that we all regret gaining weight and I would be lying if I said I was above it or something.

Since the start of January I have been eating right. I also exercise at least two times a week at least. This morning I did my wii weight in and found that I lost 3 pounds! My BMI dropped back to 29.75, which takes me out of obese and into overweight! YEAH BEING OVERWEIGHT!

Now its time to burn! Using my new success I really need to drive for my 170 lbs goal!
